Teething granules and vomiting

My DD has been a bit off for over a week. She's had a cold, conjunctivitis and we think she's teething.

Two nights ago I gave her teething powders at bed time then at her late night feed. We then had a good night but at 6am she vomited.

Last night did the same, another good night but again sick as soon as she got up.

Anybody know of a link between teething powders and sickness? Could it be something else?

my son was sick the night i gave him teething granules. i didn't know for sure of course that it was the granules that caused it, but i've never given them to him again!

I'm a dentist and teething granules are a waste of time and money at best

if teething bad may need calpol or similar teething is blamed for lots of stuff that it does not cause

it may case red cheeks grumpiness sore gums slightly raised temperature but not a fever
it does not cause colds/ coughs these are viruses, it does not cause diarrhea ( except it maybe runny due to sore gums and child only wanting liquids and not solids)
