Alternate a hot and cold compress on them.

They will go down. My feet were quite swollen and very uncomfortable for about a week. Mention it to your MW, she may have some good advice.

Congratulations on your new baby!

Just time and general moving around. Mine had swollen horrifically by the time I gave birth, none of my shoes came close to fitting. Took about a month to go down completely.

Sorry to say my shoes still don't fit and I understand from other threads on here that they probably never will. Still can't get my rings on either... Aside from having a baby at the end of it, pregnancy is so utterly shit.

Feet up! The oedema pools around your feet and ankles due to gravity, so elevating your feet will help it resolve faster. Mine were really uncomfortable after birth but settled within a few days. Hope yours is quick to resolve and many congrats!

Do you have the attractive compression sock things? Or flight socks at least.

Also "walking" your feet when laying down (alternating each foot to have sole of feet facing floor) helped me feel more comfortable.

Thank you all:)
