First, is his age OK to do this? And secondly, how should we go about it? Was thinking of giving him some peanut butter on toast maybe?

peanut products are ok from 6 months. peanut butter on toast would be a good start

Honey and nut shredded wheat minis are good too!

Good idea Rowan! Will pick some up tomorrow. I think I have a small packet of honey but cornflakes, so that may be a good starting point for breakfast tomorrow Grin

It's safe from 6 months providing there is no history of allergies in the family, and asthma too I think.

Nut butters are a good place to start.
