my baby always gets hiccups when he has his milk. how can i stop this or make them go away? all the methods i know would be a bit cruel for a baby. i mean if i start dangling him upside down and scaring him to death social services might have something to say about it!!

Don't do anything - they will go away on their own!

My dd2 gets them as soon as she smiles ,sometimes they sound painful, i give her a bit of water which sometimes stops them (until she smiles again)
