Oh god, it's hideous isn't it. Can you open at the very least?

It's awful isn't it? I've been there. Are the kids in bed yet? Can you snuggle up on the sofa all together with a DVD? You can snooze and when you wake up hopefully they'll be asleep too!

If too young for try taking them all to your bed - safer but still snuggly and cuddly.

What time will the DCs go to bed?
When I'm that tired I go up at the same time as them.

I've spent the last two years demented with tiredness! You have my sympathy.
What's happening to make you this tired

I don't have a magic wand to wave I'm afraid but can only say I feel your pain. I found that accepting that exhaustion is my permanent state of being somehow made it better. Big hugs x
