My daughter is 1 and now takes normal milk, but i was in the supermarket today and picked up some soya milk and was wondering if there anyone would recommend if using this as her night and day milk would be better?

Does she have any intolerance to the cow's milk? Or was it just something you saw and wondered about?

I'd say if she's happy enough with cow's milk then to just leave her on it.

Have no experience of soya milk though, so it might be wonder stuff.

In my experience soy milk is not generally recommended due to oestrogens, and because 40% of children intolerant to dairy will become intolerant to soy also. That said, it's not forbidden either. Is there a particular concern for you about dairy?

Alpro junior + is suitable as a main drink from 12m. My dairy intolerant dd has it on recommendation of dietician.
