My nearly 2 year old has always been good at going to bed and sleeping through until around 6/7 am.
(Give or take the odd night)
She is still in her cotbed where she has been since 6 months old, when my youngest (3 months old) turns 6 months she will be going into the cotbed and my oldest is going into the bigger bedroom with a proper single bed etc (at the mo it's still a junk room)
Anyway... For the past week or so she has started to wake up crying and moaning so loud at around 5am, whenever she has woke at this time before we put her in bed with us and she usually falls back asleep until its time to get up. But because she has started crying and moaning we have to get up and take her downstairs so she won't wake up my youngest.
This morning she woke up at 4!! So I've been up since 4.30!
I don't understand because it's still pitch black outside so it's not like mornings are getting lighter to disturb her.
Also she used to sleep in the day for at least 2/3 hours and now she's waking up after about an hour, if that! So you'd think she'd be more tired!
Sorry it's a long one, but has anyone any suggestions please?
