If like me you swear by them for a good nights sleep (for you and kids of course Wink) i've just spent £6 on them in tesco and found them online for half price at co op pharmacy £2.99 each.

yep, i really value them, i wish id found them sooner though, its the only thing that helps ds sleep through the night.

If youve not got the plug in thing there on offer in tesco at the moment for £6 something and you get 5 refills with it, each one lasts 1 night so i like to stock up when there on offer.
