Hi my lil girl is now both breastfed and bottle fed although shes favouribg the bottle, i bf over night and my lil girl wakes 5 x for a feed she is a 11 weeks old surely this should have settled by now is this normal?

Very normal ime. Ds woke every 45 mins for about 5 months. Dd is 5m and wakes 3-4 x per night which i consider pretty good!

Babies are all different. If your friends and family have had ones that sleep through after a a couple of months, they are the lucky ones. The majority of babies still wake at least once at a year, have a look at the isis website for facts. Another one of this things noone tells you!

Feed lots in the day. Expose to daylight getting out of the house. Keep nights as dark as possible. Most of all adjust your expectations!

totally normal DS woke between 2 and 5 times a night until 11 months and still doesn't always sleep at 19mo
