Hi, does anyone have a clue about free school meals and parent pay?! I have activated my account and it looks like I have to pay but was told they are being paid for. She doesn't stay for lunch until WC 7th October so maybe it won't show a credit until next week? Thanks

Hi, just done a quick check on my son's. I top his FSM allowance up(!). If you look under Child's details, you should (hopefully!) be able to see the FSM entitlement.

Thanks, I have looked under child's details and it says free school meals but when I add an item on it says £2.00 to pay?! Will I have to top up too? All new to me!

Hi, sorry - only just checked to see how you got on. I know you have to pay a minimum of £10 to top-up - could it be that?? Might be worth checking with the school but as you said she's not staying for lunch until 7th Oct, maybe that has something to do with it??

I'm not much help, but so far I have found it a relatively easy process.
