DS has had a few green soiled nappies in the last couple of days. We've just started him on cows milk as a drink, could this be why? TIA

Could be. Could be teething, or gastroenteritis from something he's eaten or a bug.

I'd cut out the cows milk and see if it gets better. Hope he's better soon.

Think it happens when they change milk. Sure I remember this happening with ds. Why don't you call the health visitor in the morning to check?
