I have a Chicco trio travel system. I ahve only had it for 8 months but a suspension spring has snapped on one side. As a consequence it is very wonky. The warantee ran out at 6 months and this happened a month later! How annoying. Especially as the thing cost me over £300. Anyway. Does anyone know where I could get it fixed. I live in New Malden (Surrey).

Thanks

Where did you buy it from ? You could contact
Chicco U.K. Ltd
Prospect Close
M. Lowmoor Road
Industrial Estate
KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD (NOTTINGHAMSHIRE NG. 17 7 LF)
(0044) 1623-750870
(0044) 1623-723880 (fax)
[email protected]
and ask if they have a servicing agent nearby or a local shop you could return it via.

Thanks for your replies. I ahve sent Chicco an e-mail but have been ignored! Nice. I will give Toys R Us a go. What a pain.
