Two of four of mine had a dummy.
The first got rid of hers no problem and it didn't affect her sleep in the least.

The second took the best part of a month until she got back to normal.

Keep at it same routine same everything.
(Except the dummy)

We also bought her a new duvet cover & a new teddy

Maybe give it back to her until she's better. If she isn't well and is used to a dummy then it may not be the time to take it off her.
