Anyone knit or crochet wool soakers?

I'm looking to make my own soakers but wondering what wool you used?

My local shops only stock acrylic or really scratchy wool and obv I want stuff that will feel nice while also working as a soaker. Since I'm gonna have to buy online, I'm hoping someone can recommend a good 100% wool to use :)

Have a look at the Drops range on Wool Warehouse, they have a range of affordable and great quality yarns.

Anything with Merino is very soft and the baby merino can be Machine washed on gentle cycle 40°C the Andes is lovely too although it is hand wash at 30 degrees.

The main Drops site gives a detailed description on the yarns and their washing instructions.

I am in no way linked to them I just love their yarns Smile

Ah, I see! Thank you :)

DP will kill me if I buy any more wool before I finish at least one of the current projects so plenty of time to pick :)
