I've been looking on the net and there seems to be quite a range of prices. I'm looking into a double. Has anyone bought one recently and if so, where from?

Sorry, didn't see this sooner.
Someone i know recently bought a homecraft adjustable bed for £500ish which i was quite impressed with, variable height, profiling, integrated cot sides.
That was a single mind, it will help narrow things down if you specify what you want from the bed
:
Just profiling position, or are other factors important, such as height of bed, need for pressure mattress, long term needs (eg if users condition is likely to alter or deteriorate )
If you are going to spend a large lump of money you want to be sure the bed will be the right one.
