Rainy day activities - 21mth DTs & 4yo DD

Hi, we have so far tried play doh (dd and dtd both played happily for a good while - dts lasted about 10 mins before hurling play doh to the floor!) and colouring (ditto except dts only lasted 5 minutes)!
I am after things we can all do together that my 4 yo will enjoy and 21 month old b/g DTs will participate in too as I don't like the solution all the time to be to put dd in another room with her crafty stuff whilst DTs cause havoc elsewhere! Any ideas?

Have you looked on Pinterest?

Other ideas:
Magic painting- big brushes, buckets of water, paint water pictures on the patio. They dry, you start again!

Making a den- inside or outside.

Bug hunt

Messy play in the empty bath- put in things they can eat eg custard, jelly etc.

Dressing up

Thank you. DTs just don't seem into that much yet. DTS is just obsessed by dogs and DTD just want to do whatever dd does!! Den is a good idea, I'm not sure I can cope with them all outside running off in different directions! I even abandoned garden play towards the end of the holidays as they all wanted different things from me at the same time and tantrumming to get it!'
