How do you explain the meaning of rape to a ten year old?

DS and I driving home listening to the radio and the news comes up with recent highly reported case in India. I struggled to explain what the word actually meant when questioned. How has anyone else explained it?

I told my dd's that its when a person wants to cuddle and touch someone who doesn't want to be touched - I said to them that no one has the right to touch them anywhere. They were 7 and 9 at the time.
