Can you add a bit more information?

Hunnybunn72 · 09/09/2013 07:18

She is 6 months old and I just wondered if it affected her in anyway if she saw me crying?

No, she won't understand it. It depends why you are crying- if you are seriously depressed she will pick up on your general mood and you need to get help for it. If you crying because you have had a bad night then it will won't matter at all.

I don't think she would have noticed tbh. My 4mth d doesn't seem bothered when I have to put him down quickly due to panic attacks.

No she won't understand or remember. What's the matter, though? Just lack of sleep and tiredness, or more to it than that?

Hunnybunn72 · 09/09/2013 18:26

Thanks all, good to know. I'm just exhausted and struggle sometimes as I'm on my own.

Do you have any mummy friends to speak to? Any family to give you a break even for a few hours?
