Breakfast - Weetabix/rice crispies/Cheerios with chopped up fruit eg strawberries, raspberries, banana, blueberries or toast
Lunch - cheese/ham/egg mayo sandwiches, omelette, fish fingers, small tube shaped boiled pasta with tuna, mayo and cheese, tinned spaghetti/beans on toast, or tortilla wraps with grated cheese and grated apple. Usually incorporate peas, sweetcorn or cucumber,
Dinner - whatever we are having eg bolognese, fish pie, chicken casserole, sausage (with skin removed) and mash, lasagne, pasta in sauce, each time serve with vegetables of some kind. Pudding usually yoghurt or custard pot and roughly once a week we have a treat pudding
Snacks - raisins, bananas, breadsticks, crackers with cheese spread, Heinz biscotti biscuits etc
