Getting out of car seat

Dd , 22mths, is wriggling out of car seat belt. (Axis) she gets her shoulders out but the clasp remains round her waist. Have stopped and stopped to put it back on and told her off but to no avail. Any ideas???

There's a device called a Houdini strap (or similar) you can buy on amazon which stops them by clipping the straps together higher up

When DS did it, I warned him a few times, then when we were going somewhere he wanted to go, I stopped the car and took him back home.

Never did it again! Smile
