15 day old belly button gone red

DD lost her umbilical cord at 6 days and her belly button was looking perfect. In the last 2 days however its looking red and almost like there's a little dried blood on it. We clean it with water every time we change her nappy. Is this ok or something we should have looked at?

I would get this looked at how long has it been like it? I dont want to worry you but my dd had an infected umbilicus although this I picked up as yhe chord was smelly they swabbed. Anyway I got a call at 10pm the night we got the results telling us to take dd into the hospital they wete worried about strep b. She was fine but they weren't taking any chances
