Reflux: which foods did you avoid?

Hi,

Did your LO have reflux or silent reflux? Which foods did you avoid?

I suspect my LO has silent reflux (going to see GP on Tuesday), and I've been completely dairy free for 2 weeks. I think orange juice and tomato aggravate it.

Sorry I forgot to add that I'm BFing and my LO is 13 weeks

Orange juice - me too. Anything acidic really, so all citrus out.

I also found most dairy to be problematic but in our case (reflux not too bad) was ok with goats yoghurt (good as easier to keep calcium intake up).

Dairy and soy for us. All mammalian milk proteins are similar so no goats cheese for me Sad

Citrus fruits, tomatoes.... But even apples were awful for DS. Didn't have so much of an issue with dairy.

Thank you everyone! I'm going to avoid all of what you've mentioned for now and see how it goes.
