Could i give my 12 month old almond milk?

I don't see why there would be a problem... I thought the avoidance of nuts was purely of whole nuts, as a choking hazard?

Almond milk is lush Grin

That's all I have to say on the matter. Though maybe get the unsweetened stuff so that's the only taste they know - I think the sweetened is pretty sugary.

Non dairy, is that why? I gave mine calcium enriched oatmilk for when I couldn't be around to BF (eg at work). Dietician said that was fine.
