Deal with warranty issues out of hours?

I've only had this one for 9 months and the sleep function doesn't work.

Snooze doesn't seem to work either.

I hope so, because mine also leaks and the alarm keeps going off.

I'm looking for the pause function. Any ideas?
I know I'll need to get mute working too before its reached 2 years...

I wouldn't mind but it seems intermittent and the alarm noise is like a low grade earthquake.

It's a result really, they usually go wrong just after the guarantee runs out. I may just fork out for an extended warranty Smile

The battery in mine lasts aaaaages though but the mute button doesn't work

Neither of mine appear to have a volume control, but they are both highly productive from the rear end. Yes, leaking issues here too with my smallest.

The alarm on mine goes off whenever I put it down. Apparently it's quite a common malfunction.

ComtesseDeFrouFrou · 16/08/2013 21:31

I haven't even got mine out of the box yet and it already seems to be malfunctioning; it's making some really quite alarming movements. Also, it's quite clear from the box which way your supposed to open it, but the product keeps trying to escape from the other end. I'm getting worried because there are quite a few obstacles in the way my ribs and I'm worried about the box (and its contents) getting damaged.

ha ha - made me chuckle aloud. Also having sleep function problems, but cute levels are off the scale - it wouldn't be allowed to go on wholescale sale becuase of the resultant drop in national productivity! Wink

Mine's not compatible with my feline unit. Is it malfunctioning or do I need some kind of adaptor?

TheFallenNinja · 18/08/2013 15:49

I got offered an exchange unit Hmm
