i potty trained my dd1 in a week, she just ran about the garden bare bummed for a week running to the toilet whenever she needed a wee

we had a million accidents but we were in the garden so it didnt matter

i threw her a 'pants party' on the 5th day (me dd1 and her little sister!) when she was presented with a pack of Little Mermaid pants and was officially a Big Grown Up Girl

loads of fuss

treats and hugs and kisses

ignore accidents

use the good weather while its here!

good luck!

I do not speak as the voice of experience, but my dd sounds the same as yours with regards to pants. I am going to start pt in earnest tomorrow and my plan is to be bare bummed with a skirt until she has 95% got it, and then start phase 2 which would be teaching her to pull down pants etc.
