Anyone ordered nappies from thenappylady.com?

We ordered some nappies off them, and we are still waiting for them to arrive. I ordered them on June 4th, so 10 days ago (or 8 working days) and I'm getting impatient! I'm dying to get to grips with them! Has anyone here ordered from them? How long did it take for the nappies to arrive?????

Call them - they are lovely people... it could be that there is a manufacturer issue or stock problems. What have you ordered? (I just like knowing thes things )

Mine took a couple of weeks, I think. Don't worry, they'll come.

IO have ordered some bumbles and some ME airflow wraps, to start with. I think I will probably get a nappy obsession however, and end up buying everything they stock. Hey ho.

Airflows are great But then you start to yearn for different designs and it all goes on from there.....

I know that tots often have issues causing delays, but I haven't heard anything with bumbles. But really, calling them will let you know - I have spent weeks getting all stroppy about nappies not coming, and then finding out there was a very good reason

I did a couple of years ago and I remember there being some delay.....I think it might have been to do with some issue arising with the payment and hotmail blocking their emails or something....either way give them a call. The lady who dealt with me was really nice and helpful.

Our came fairly swift, tho some things were out of stock and came later in a 2nd parcel. call them up and ask for an expected date.

yes about 16 months ago. advice was great all stuff was delivered within a week. they knocked the postage off and gave me some extra bits at the same cost of postage. basically v. helpful.

I ordered some Bumbles, ME wraps and terry squares from them during Real Nappy Week. The wraps and the terries were sent out first but I had to wait another week for the bumbles - so maybe there is a delay in production. The Nappy Lady staff are very helpful if you contact them. They say on their website to allow 10-14 days for delivery, but to contact them if you are concern about delivery time.
