17 week old will only feed when sleepy

Anyone else had this. DD will only feed happily when she is sleepy so eyes closed almost asleep.

When awake and due a feed she goes on the breast momentarily and then breaks off and arches her back. looks like she is ib pain. Only successful feeding I managed when she was awake yesterday was on the bottle sitting upright but am struggling to find time to express. Is this reflux?

Weight gain has always been poor has dropped from 91st to 25th percentile and this fussiness has increased.

Any ideas?

Maybe check to make sure it's not thrush in her mouth. Also may be teething.
