Are your babies back in their sleeping bags?

After all the heat?

My 13 month old dd was wearing either just a nappy or nappy and vest and the last few nights as its cooled down she's been in sleepsuit with no vest under it!

Not sure whether to put her in 1.5tog bag aswell tonight, feel a bit cooler to me even though temp is the same as last few nights and I've shut all of the windows now!

No our dd is just in her long sleeve pyjamas - the thermometer in our room says it's not actually that much cooler. Trial and error I guess!

Think ill leave her for tonight then and cover her with a little blanket when I go to bed!

I'm so paranoid about overheating

22 in our 14month old room and he's in long sleeved PJ top and 1tog bag.

Back in her vest and sleep suit as she had an unsettled night last night. Not back in the bag yet x

DS stayed in his bag all the way through the heat wave. The one time I put a short sleeved vest on rather than a sleep suit he woke up and whinged for two hours in the middle of the night!

stowsettler · 07/08/2013 09:18

DD been back in the 1 tog bag with a long-sleeved vest for a while now, and last night back in the 2.5 tog. It was quite chilly round by us.

Littlemissexpecting · 07/08/2013 20:59

26 degrees in our room so ds in vest and sleep suit.
May put sheet or thin blanket over if drops in night but was about to put fan on!

Jojay · 07/08/2013 21:02

Yes, in 1 tog sleeping bags here, with a long sleeved top and pj shorts underneath.

Monitor says 23 degrees.

Thurlow · 07/08/2013 21:05

Just in her long-sleeved, long-trousered PJs at the moment, it's still quite warm in her room, especially by the morning once the door has been shut all night. I've got some shorts and t-shirt PJs on order so when they turn up I might put the 1 tog sleeping bag on as well.

wibblyjelly · 07/08/2013 21:48

10 month old never stopped going into his sleeping bag! He slept in a 0.5 tog one, in just a happy with a fan on him.

MillyStar · 08/08/2013 11:52

Thanks all been putting her in a vest and 1.5 tog bag x

whats the temperature? with a 1.5 tog then 21 deg is long sleeve top only, 23 deg is short sleeve top only.

MiaowTheCat fantastic post, had to squash my giggles upon reading it into little Mutley-style hissing hee-hees to not wake my own crib tornado!

21 degrees in my dd's room (18 months old) and she's in pyjamas and a 2.5 tog sleeping bag!! In winter when her rooms about 18 degrees she's in vest, pyjamas, 2.5 tog bag and two blankets! She likes to be snug and warm at night!!

Oriunda · 09/08/2013 16:22

23-24 degrees in DS room and he's in short sleeved vest and 0.5tog (if that) bag. It's an Aden and Anais muslin bag and is very thin and very soft. When it was hotter he slept in short sleeve pj top and nappy or just ss vest/nappy.
