DS has had 2 instances of vomiting and 3 of diarhoea over last 2 days. He's fine in himself, still running about and enjoying life, snd he's kept most things down, so I'm not putting him on diarolite or whatever it is.

Would appreciate some advice on what foods might be better than others to feed him- first time clueless mum ! Thanks everyone!

Pretty much the same as if you were sick, I reckon! Buttered toast would be my best bet. I wouldn't give fruit due to the acidity and the diarrhoea, and obvs plenty of fluids. I might avoid milk as it's really unpleasant coming back up. Confused
