Okay, so it's our first week away with our 6mo DS, which means I have never packed for us AND a baby before. Please help me come up with some kind of list Grin

One thing is to get a piece of paper and write down everything you use in a whole day and decide whether to take them or not.

So start first thing - nappies, wipes, sacks, changing mat.
Breakfast - bowls, spoons, baby rice etc..
Getting baby dressed - clothes, socks etc
Toys - play mat and soft toy etc..

Keep going all day..

It's really just the same as what you would take only more unless you want to spend the whole time doing washing!
Obviously extras like
buggy
baby carrier
travel cot (if not provided) - baby bedding if not provided
any favourite toys
Particular feeding equipment
Steriliser

My DD was always cold on the beach, and cried constantly until we realised what it was, so I always had a couple of extra fleecy tops for her.

Waterproofs/raincover for buggy
Sun suit for beach

It's over 8 years since my youngest was that age so I have probably forgotten something vital. At least in Weymouth you can buy anything you have forgotten!

Hope you have a lovely time
