Sleep advice for 5 month old

I have an almost 6 month old DS who is still waking every three hours at night. My DD was a terrible sleeper too-milk allergy and reflux were main causes there and though DS has reflux this is medicated for and doesnt seem to be an issue for a good few months.

As DD was such a bad sleeper I feel like I have already read every book and website on the issue,he is in a good routine, feeds well, isnt particularly windy, goes to sleep with minimal intervention in his cot-I make sure he's calm and put him down, and occasionally just sit in the room til he goes over but he cuddles his sleepytot and goes over by himself.
He normally does a 4 or occasionally 5 hour stretch just after he goes down but then wakes every 2-3 hours after that and can't get back over himself. He has one or two bottles at night still but normally wakes two or more times on top of this which are not hunger related.
Any ideas?
