UUUrrgghhhh! Ds3 wants to wear pants......DS3 had wee'd on the floor about 50 times today.....

He really wants to wear them, is really pleased with himself that he's wearing them, proudly showed off his pants to Ds1+2 when they got home from school but has no concept (it seems) on getting the wee in the potty.
Not a single drop of wee has made it to the potty all day.
I know what I'm doing, after all I've done it twice already and ds1+2 were both younger when I potty trained them.

He's 2.9 yrs and TBH I really can't be arsed to do this ATM...

Should I carry on and use his enthusiasm or just wait a while longer?

How long has he been in pants? Give him a couple of days and see if he makes any improvement whatsoever. Enlist DS1 & 2 to encourage him :)

Soupy..... now you'll she how much I can't be arsed to do this......today is the first day in pants!!

I may as well just follow him around with the mop and bucket.
He sits on te potty until his little bum has a red mark all around, gets up and says "No, nothing there" then goes and wees on the floor.

Have no patience for this.....

I know exactly what you mean ... I sent DS2 to nursery for the first 2 days or training and let them decide if he was ready :o

I think I've left it a little too late, ds1+2 were 2.5 yrs and easy to bribe, Ds3 is alot smarter as he's just that little bit older.

I'm just a lazy mare!!
