Help please!! Potential potty phobia

Any advice please, am on verge of tears - my DD (2.10) has been very resistant to the potty but last week, on advice from nursery, bought her a pink one. Was totally sceptical but unbelievably as soon as I got it home she was on it weeing. She used it happily for 4 days at home for wee (still asking for a nappy for a poo, which I don't mind) with no accidents at all. Then, she went to nursery for two days and it has all gone backwards. She managed two wees in the potty on the first day and then 2 accidents and today has been too scared to sit on the potty and just wet herself and sobbed. What do I do? I am loathe to go back to nappies, but sheis prone to developing phobias and I don't want to go back to the fear of the potty she had before. Aaaaggh. That will teach me to phone up mother smugly and claim victory. Pride before a fall. Can I just put her in nappies for nursery?? Has anyone else done this?

Well gee - thanks for all help. Please - if anyone has any advice on whether it is mad to let DD wear nappies to nursery would be really really grateful.

Can't help as have no experience, but am about to embark on potty-training myself, so interested in what others think.....
