Baby in pram for ages now asleep - should I take her out?

We went shopping for about 3 hours and baby was in pram (except break for feed/nappy/leg stretch. Now she's asleep in there, but has been in there 4, 5 hrs. Should I take her out, or is it ok the odd time to be in pram so long?

I'd the pram flat? How old is she? Normally fine to be flat, it's when they are in a carseat position that there are concerns

She is 8 months and it is flat-ish but not perfectly flat. It fully reclines.
