my DT boys have just moved up a pants size, leaving me with a pile of 2-3 year old pants

do I throw away, give them away or what?

there other clothes I pass on without a problem but no idea about pants

PS, if you want them pm me, happy to help

I put things like this into the clothes banks at the recycling centre - what they can't re-use gets turned into rags and reused that way, so avoids going to landfill

I always took my dc's old pants to their preschool for spares. Schools and preschools are always running out of spares for those who have accidents.

A close friend passed on some 2-3 yo boys pants to us when her son grew out of them. At the time, our DS was only a few months old and I was a bit Hmm

Fast forward a few years and I was so grateful to have some pants that I didn't mind chucking in the bin after poo accidents!

For that age, offer them to friends who might be toilet training soon - you can't have enough pants when potty training!

Like JOJO I have passed onto nursery for spares. As I don't know anyone who will potty training at the moment.
