Three-Hour Stomach bug. How weird?

My son woke up this morning and was sick 3x in about 45 min. Had a few dramatic episodes of diarrhea. Then, was fine about an hour later. Asking me for smoked salmon (I said no). How weird is this?

Not weird at all. It's happened to me in the past and happened to my ds about 2 months ago. Either he had a bug and cleared it quickly or he ate something that didn't agree with him. There's a chance he's still ill and feels ok now but will start vomiting again later.

No! Don't say it! He's been OK for 7-ish hours - surely that's out of the woods?

Should be, fingers crossed.

My DS had something similar last week and DD has done it before, a year or so ago.

Could be due to the heat?
