nearly 5 months... should i give him water in this heat?

Hello all. My son is nearly 5 months. He is on formula and has a bit of pureed fruit/veg a day. Am i supposed to give him water in this heat?

Yes, he is drinking formula and eating some food so he will need some cooled boiled water.
