Have a 7 mo. can I put him in his cot in just a vest in this weather? His room was 26C last night. He napped in his vest today and was still warm. Also 3 year old DS. Ok to put him to bed in just his night time nappy? He has a gro bed duvet zipped to his sheet to stop him falling out! Thanks Smile

I'd say that's fine.

My 18 month old is in just a 1 tog grobag and nappy. 5 year old just in shorts.

Yeah, good idea. Maybe I'll just do nappy and 1 tog bag for baby and nappy and shorts for 3 yr old. Opened windows a bit too but no through breeze. Not complaining though! Wink

My 19 month old is just in a nappy

jemstipp · 09/07/2013 21:24

My monitor says 32! My 2 dds (a 16mo and a 3yo) up in bed with just a vest and a nightie and the door open, no breeze at all. Hope they fall over soon!!

MillyStar · 09/07/2013 21:36

My 14 month old dd is in nappy and spaghetti string vest

minipie · 09/07/2013 22:28

25 here, 8mo in nappy and sheet sleeping bag (0.5tog)

was 24 last night and I had a vest on her as well... she slept fine, I couldn't sleep because I was too hot...

Believeitornot · 09/07/2013 22:32

No vest or sleep bag. It's 28C in DD's room (19 months). Ds is 3 - he's in a vest but that's because he has chicken pox so trying to minimis scratching in sleep.

I open their doors when it's dark which helps cool them down.

I have a 4 month old, I had him in just a vest after his bath but he screamed until I put his sleep suit on. Now paranoid he's going to be too warm. Groegg says its 24 degrees.
