Woollywrap was soaked in lanolin, line dried all day in wind and sun, but still feels really sticky...

Have I done something wrong??? Can you over lanolin???

Wanted him to wear it tonight

:(

The first time wool is lanolised it does feel sticky (if you rub the wrap and then rub your fingers together it should feel smooth like putting hand cream on).

You can use it like this, the next time you lanolise it'll feel slightly soft but no where nea as sticky, it just takes time for the wool to absorb the lanolin, the best thing to help this along is for it to be used

Thankyou. I left it last night, and have put it back on the line this morning - he can wear it tonight :)
