Uppababy Vista Users

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but was just wondering if any of you Uppababy users have found a decent cosy toes for your pram. The official one is HIDEOUS and looks rather like a bloody bin bag/spacesuit.
I ordered one online but I don't think it fits too well - the holes for the straps to fit through are in the wrong place.
Any of you had any luck with any of the stores 'universal' ones. Looking now while i've got time before the weather changes for the worse saying nothing about the rain not stopping all day today

There is a company called Snukie that make them for all kinds of pushchairs. I have a vista and am going to get them to do mine this winter, my friend recommended them to me. I have seen hers and hers is brilliant!

Hi, both me and my friend have this pushchair. I just bought the matching fleecy blanket that hooks onto the bar and put my daughter in a pramsuit when it was cold and that's been sufficient. But my friend used the 'Universal Footmuff' from mamas and papas that fits well and costs £30.

I liked the John Lewis footmuffs - bought the red and white star one! It works well but if I want to use it this coming winter I might need to refashion new holes to bring it further down the buggy seat.

Cheers for the suggestions. I'll have a look at them and see if the holes are better positioned that the one i got online.

official foot muff aside - i love the pram!!!

Another vote for the John Lewis footmuff... I also have the red one with white starts - matches my red Vista perfectly :) And it cost only £25 !

I have a Woolibaloo one (think that's the spelling). You need to adjust the straps though. It zips in two, so can be a complete cosytoes or just the liner.

John Lewis for me too. I have a grey one that fits fine and cost about £20.

What did you all make of the 'official' one? It really looks like a bin bag to me.

Really, it's fine. Get over the bin bag problem. It's warm, it's neutral coloured, it washes and it was free with my pram.

ah, now if it was free with my pram i'd probably just suck it up but given it's going to cost me an extra 80 quid, i don't wanna buy one I don't like!

I didn't get the official one (though I don't remember what it looked like!). DS was in the pram for most of the winter so by the time we needed it it was getting (very slightly) warmer. I did have one that my MiL picked up cheap somewhere, but it wasn't a great fit either so mostly he was just in a snowsuit/blanket.

There's a pram shop in Portsmouth that put then in as part of the bundle if you can dare to be tempted (if you haven't bought it already)

No we have the pram - barely used the carrycot part as DS hated to be lay flat. Have started to use it more now he's 6m and can use the stroller part but he's still not great in it. won't tolerate it for too long without whining to get out.
Was just thinking ahead for winter when hopefully he'll be better still in his pram cos he's getting too heavy to carry around all the time
I guess it's another reason I don't want to pay the 80 quid price tag for the 'proper' one. I've spent a bloody fortune trying stuff for him since birth in the hope to find something he'd like - I honestly have the whiniest/most displeased baby ever born.

Too late for you now, but for babies who don't like the pram, there's an insert to the pushchair but that makes it more suitable for littllies...

Anyone hate the raincover for the stroller? The carrycot one was fine....this one is shit. I have bought a generic one from amazon and it is MUCH better.

I never got to try the carrycot one but the stroller one seems ok, if a little flimsy ish.

We just bought the john Lewis sheepskin one. Fits the vista perfectly
