It's been 3 months since I started my application for student finance, 2 months since they sent the kids birth certificates back to me along with my Student finance password. That's all I've had back. BIL applied after me (around a month after) and he had his final award thing back a week ago. I've phoned them 3 times and had te same fobbing off answer of 'its being processed there's nothing more we can tell you' I'm getting so sick of hearing it. I just want to know what's going on!!! Sorry for the rant but I've hit a lot of obstacles trying to start uni this year and its just exhausting, I'm starting to this I'm not meant to go.
