Bed times?

What is a decent bed time? DS 7 yrs rarely asleep before 10pm but in bed by 8pm latest and just lays there. He hates it and I feel unsettled. Tried reading, audiobooks nothing settles him x

ds (6) has lights out at 8pm
dd (9) has lights out at 8.30pm - she listens to music when going to sleep (it is on a timer and goes off after 1 hour)

At 7 bedtime was 7.45 with light out at 8.15 - every birthday the bedtime moves later by 15 minutes. DS3 is 6 and currently goes to bed at 7.30 with light out at 8. He usually settles within half an hour and wakes between 7 and 8 in the morning.
