Will they REALLY dry???

I am returning to nappy changing after a break of some years. Back in the old days I tried some kooshies all in ones that looked lovely but didn't dry properly, particularly
where the elasticated legs caused the fabric to bunch together. I played around and ended up with bambino mio wraps and pre fold nappies which I like because they were neat and the prefolds dried really quickly and thoroughly.

Now, I feel sure that technology has moved on a bit in the last decade and as reusable s have become more popular there are a hug array to choose from. Can anyone advise me on an improvement to the BM wraps and prefolds that won't take more than an hour to dry in the tumble dryer???

If your concerned about drying time then I would advise that you buy microfibre nappies. They aren't as absorbant as cotton nappies but dry really quickly. Avoid bamboo nappies. They are by far the most absorbant however as a result they stuck up all the water while washing and as a result take far longer to dry. On top of that you can only tumble dry on low because they are a more delicate fabric. So with bamboo you either need loads or to be really organised or a tumble dryer

I use all in ones in the days, bumgenius and tots bots easyfit. And bambinex bamboo ones at night (for heavy bed wetters)

Bumgenius are pocket nappies would dry fairly easily and they have a thinner newborn insert to for smaller babies then a thicker one.

Easyfit nappies depends which version you get. The old version ones are dreadful. Version 2 are bamboo/microfibre blend and do take a while to dry. Version 3 are minky and they don't take that long to dry (about the same as bumgenius)
