Houston - We have a problem!!

First day of potty training and we've just discovered chicken pox.
I now have one very whingy child, she needs to go to bed

1st day? if it was me i would pop a pull up back on until she is over chicken pox....i have no clue what CP is like tho so maybe someone else will suggest otherwise

oh bugger,maybe wait and start again if she's only just started,she'll feel fine after a day or so.
You may find she gets more spots in the nappy area as it gets warmer and thus more spots.

My little ones got chicken pox as well!
pants innit. MIL just told me when dd's spots go ds will probably get them then. happy days

I started potty training with my ds but the next day he suffered from upset stomach and runny bum. I put him back into pullups and restarted after he was better. No side effects - I got him trained in 3 days. Better to keep them in what they know when they are ill and try again after everything gone.
