I'm stuck on ideas....looking for fresh and organic as I can get. Doesn't have to be 100% organic though.....ds doesn't like sandwiches.

Day 1- pasta with vegetables, some berries
Day 2-mixed veg rice, some organic natural yoghurt with fruit

Any other ideas?

Houmous, crackers and veg sticks
Savoury scones - cheese and sweetcorn, cheese and chive etc. You can make in bulk and stick in the freezer
Mini quiche - ditto - make in bulk and stick in the freezer
Veg noodles
I know he doesnt like sandwiches but what about wraps - marmite and cream cheese is a favourite of DTs (although not sure how you would go on the organic front with that!)
Deconstructed sandwich - grated cheese / ham / cherry toms and fruit
Rice cracker sandwich with avocado (Dnephew eats this, they look vile, but it's an idea!)
