5 yr old dd suddenly wetting bed at night

She has been night trained for about a yr and half, with the odd accident every blue moon if overtired etc.

She wet the bed last Sunday night but we realised dh didn't remind her to have a wee before getting into bed. She has since wet every night except for one.

She seems happy, nothing of note has happened or changed. What on earth is going on and what do I do now??

is she having more drinks during the day as usual?....or is she having a late drink just before bed?

She has always taken a water bottle to bed, she seems to like the security of it. It has never been an issue before, sometimes she would wake for a wee but not very often. We only put a small amount in it last night but she still wet..
