Hi I was just wondering whether the CSA consider student loans and grants to be a form of income and whether DP would get money deducted from these payments from the CSA?

A full time student will not have to pay anything, even if they are working.

If he's a student it is an automatic nil so £0. The only exception is if the other parent applies for a variation for exceptional circumstances. If your DP earns over £100 per week (not including loans/bursaries) then a variation can be put in place for £5 per week.
