Andy ideas on the best way of monitoring TV usage?
any gadgets?
firstly I am trying to monitor TV usage per/day/week
then chop it after a certain usage per/day/week etc..
tried Maplins
there are some devices in the US like scout time monitor but can't find
anything in the uk
