How often to teach child another language?

My ds (age 5) and I are both interested in learning the spanish language.

I have found online resources and bought some cds etc.

I am hoping to enrol ds into a spanish class once a week and then play games at home & on internet etc.

Is this enough for us to learn together or would you suggest i take a class too?

I think just make a start and see how you go. If you both enjoy it, you can look at ways of getting in more practice or taking extra lessons etc.
