Toddler eating problems

My one year old wont eat her food besides snacks... I have tried not giving her snacks and that hasn't worked either. I end up giving her something after awhile. I can really use some advice

Regular healthy snacks(instead of large meals) are fine for babies her age, so don't worry about that. Mine always went through eating and non-eating periods until his appetite properly developed at 15mo or so. Their stomachs are still quite small so it's normal to fill up one day and not eat much the next.

Give finger food and let her feed herself.

Snacks are good - keep them healthy.
